Shipping Policy
We offer Australian wide shipping with Australian Post of varying prices depending on your product purchased.
Sorry there is no international shipping at the moment. All items are bubble wrapped and securely placed into either padded bags or boxes. You will receive your tracking number. If a package is damaged or lost, we are not responsible for this. However, if this does happen, please let us know and we will try and assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges of our products due to "change of mind".
If however there are any issues with your product/s please contact us.

All our products are handmade, and because of this there may be slight differences to what you see online, particularly with my crocheted items.
We strive to do our very best to be consistent!
